Landing page development for an engine repair service
How to provide easy access to information about related services, facilitating the search and decision-making process for customers

Client: an appliance repair service center in Kyiv.
Timing: 3 weeks.
Team: project manager, WEB-dev Team Lead, UI/UX designer, developer, site editor.
Problem: Dissonance in brand perception: the client already had a successful home appliance repair resource, but launching an engine service center required a radically different UI/UX approach. In order not to confuse the audience and maintain a clear conversion logic, it was decided to develop a separate target landing page.
Tasks
to create a visual concept that distinguishes car engine repair from household service;
to develop a UX structure of the landing page focused on quick registration (capture forms, call buttons), typical of urgent car services;
ensure high loading speed and adaptability for mobile devices, since most service station requests come from off the road;
set up lead collection and event tracking so that the client can analyze the effectiveness of the new marketing channel separately.

Creating a unique visual concept. Design development from scratch in Figma without using ready-made templates, which allowed us to perfectly adapt the interface to the specifics of the car service.

Grid and typography design. Development of non-standard design solutions for blocks with characteristics and price lists to make them as readable as possible.

Microinteraction design. Design of animations and feedback of site elements that emphasize the modernity of the service.

Clean layout. Writing front-end code without heavy constructors (No-Page Builders), which guarantees maximum site speed and code cleanliness.

Development of a custom WordPress theme. Creation of your own theme, where each code block is optimized for specific business tasks.

ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) integration. Setting up a convenient admin panel that allows the client to easily edit content (prices, texts, photos).

Backend logic for forms. Writing custom handlers for registration forms, which ensures reliable delivery of applications and their protection from spam without third-party plugins.

Performance Optimization. Achieving the highest performance in Google PageSpeed Insights (90-100 points) due to the absence of unnecessary libraries and scripts that visual editors usually entail.

The result of the project was a fast and conversion landing page, which allowed the client to scale their business in a new niche.

Conclusions
Thanks to custom development without designers, we achieved maximum performance and a unique website design that distinguishes the client's service center from its competitors. Thoughtful structure, typography, and microinteractions provided not only a modern look, but also user-friendliness. The combination of design solutions and technical optimization ensured high loading speed, stable operation, and excellent conversion rates.
