Input data

Client: healthy sweets online store

Analysis period: January-June 2024 vs January-June 2025

Problem: A brand of natural sweeteners and healthy treats approached us with a new, more ambitious request. We already had experience working with this brand and had previously achieved noticeable results: in just 2 months of work, we managed to increase the number of transactions by 82.87% and reduce the cost of one transaction by 27.62% (more details here: https://lanet.click/en/case/kejs-optymizacziya-google-ads-dlya-internet-magazynu-naturalnyh-pidsolodzhuvachiv-ta-korysnyh-smakolykiv/).

At the same time as online promotion, the brand was actively expanding its presence in supermarket retail chains. This created additional complexity: it was easier for the consumer to buy products offline, in the nearest market, than to place an order on the website and wait for delivery. However, despite this barrier, we managed not only to maintain the effectiveness of online sales but also to significantly increase it.

Tasks:
scale the previous success of the AC;
achieve stable growth without a significant increase in the budget;
increase profits without a proportional increase in the advertising budget.
What we did:

1
/
Deep optimization of the shopping feed (Google Merchant Center): conducted an audit, identified weaknesses, made corrections; engaged an SEO specialist to develop new titles and descriptions focused on search queries; implemented segmentation by product_type.
2
/
Scaling and restructuring the advertising account: used data from Google Analytics and the client's internal CRM to identify the most profitable products; built separate PMax campaigns with division by region; disabled campaigns with low ROAS and redirected the budget to high-performing segments; created a new branded search campaign with personalized ads.
3
/
Systematic work and results control: set up weekly tracking tables for quick response to changes in performance; regularly tested new hypotheses (dynamic creatives, calls-to-action, price offers); applied automation rules to stop ineffective ads.

Conclusion
This case illustrates that even in a competitive environment with external challenges, you can achieve significant growth if you work systematically and purposefully.
We focused on what really affects the result: analytics, effective campaign structure, high-quality shopping feed and regular optimization. This allowed us not only to maintain efficiency but also to scale revenue without a significant increase in costs.
An approach built on clear priorities and regular analysis became the basis for stable growth dynamics and increased profitability of the advertising budget.
