Case: SEO optimization of the website of hearing aid centers and hearing aid sales

Client: a leading network of hearing aid centers specializing in hearing diagnostics and selection of hearing aids.
Timing: 9 months.

Problem: at the time of the project launch, the website was ranked by a small number of requests, had serious technical errors, and there was also high competition in the niche.
Tasks
increasing the visibility of the site in Google for commercial queries, attracting organic traffic and increasing the number of conversions;
improving the relevance of pages according to key queries, taking into account user search intent;
correcting errors and comprehensively improving the technical condition of the site to ensure stable operation of the resource;
optimizing the site for generative language models (LLMs) to increase brand visibility and receive traffic from AI-search;
implementing On-page optimization of site pages (working with meta tags, structure, internal linking, etc.);
developing and implementing an Off-page strategy to strengthen domain authority and improve the profile of external links.

Results
During the work, we managed to increase the visibility of the site in organic search. According to Google Search Console, the number of monthly impressions more than doubled: from 20,770 (August 2025) to 43,591 (April 2026). This indicates a significant expansion of the site's presence in search results and improved indexing for targeted queries. Pages began to appear more often in search results, in particular for new and previously less covered keywords. Taken together, these changes form the basis for further growth in organic traffic and improvement in search results.
According to Google Analytics, organic traffic increased by 95%, and conversions by 278%. This means not only an increase in the number of visitors, but also a significant improvement in the quality of traffic. The increase in conversions indicates that a more targeted audience began to visit the site, and the effectiveness of landing pages also improved.

The simultaneous increase in queries in all categories indicates a large-scale expansion of the site’s presence in search and the gradual promotion of pages from middle positions to more competitive search results. Taken together, such dynamics mean that the site has not only established itself on key queries, but also significantly expanded the coverage of relevant semantics, which creates a stable basis for further growth in organic traffic and conversions.

Conclusions
Thanks to a comprehensive SEO strategy, it was possible to significantly improve the key performance indicators of the site as a channel for attracting users. Work on technical optimization, content and external promotion ensured a stable increase in visibility in the search engine and an expansion of semantic reach.
Optimization of priority pages led to an improvement in the positions in the results. As a result, the site significantly expanded the reach of the target audience. This directly affected the growth of organic traffic, as well as an increase in conversions.
Work was also carried out to optimize the site for AI/LLMs systems. In particular, the quality and structure of the content were improved, and external factors of the brand's presence were worked out. This creates the prerequisites for increasing the site's visibility in AI responses, increasing content citations and the frequency of brand mentions.
As a result, the implemented SEO strategy provided not only a short-term improvement in positions and traffic, but also a long-term effect in the form of increased brand recognition and a stable influx of target users.
