Input data

Client: Ukrainian brand of apple chips, juice and smoothie with production facilities in Ternopil and sales of products throughout Ukraine.

Timing: 10 months.

Team: SMM specialist, copywriter, creator and design team.

Problem: Despite having a quality product and its own production, the brand faced several barriers that prevented scaling. The brand had limited awareness, which was mainly concentrated in the western regions of Ukraine. Social networks were conducted unsystematically, without a clear content strategy and visual unity. An additional barrier was the perception of some products as exclusively for children, which narrowed the potential audience and hindered the scaling of the brand at the level of the entire country.

Conclusions

The case showed that even with an established product, proper work with positioning and content can significantly expand the brand's audience. The results were achieved thanks to systematic work with content and promotion.
Targeted advertising ensured scaling of reach and stable growth of subscribers, and regular creation of high-quality photo and video content increased engagement.
Additionally, the integration of the brand in offline events increased recognition and supported communication in social networks. In the complex, this gave the audience growth and formed the basis for further scaling.
