Problem: the page was not actively promoted. Also, on one page, it is necessary to highlight residential complexes from different cities (Zhytomyr, Lviv, Chernivtsi) belonging to the developer's western office.

updating the content strategy of the company's promotion on Instagram with adaptive cross-posting on Facebook;
searching for UGC creators in every city and cooperating with them permanently;
popularization of the developer among the target audience on social networks;
increase the number of target subscribers and interactions on pages on social networks.

1. We developed a content strategy and visual concept for the page. We proposed a recognizable style for the company's social networks, which significantly improved the quality of the content.

Conclusions
The formation of a content strategy, the development of a design concept, and the cooperation of UGC creators helped attract new TA and awaken interest in the existing ones, which affected the growth of the audience and the increase of interactions.
Video reviews of apartments, photos of the residential complex's territory, construction progress, and humorous content help increase interest in the developer and the TA's trust.
Thanks to all the points mentioned above, we obtained the growth dynamics of key indicators: audience growth, the number of interactions, and coverage.
