How to reach the target audience, attract them to the page, and increase loyalty to the developer with a long history

Client: Ukrainian development company.
Problem: the page was not actively promoted. Also, on one page, it is necessary to highlight residential complexes from different cities (Zhytomyr, Lviv, Chernivtsi) belonging to the developer’s western office.
Duration of work: 1 year.
Tasks
updating the content strategy of the company's promotion on Instagram with adaptive cross-posting on Facebook;
searching for UGC creators in every city and cooperating with them permanently;
popularization of the developer among the target audience on social networks;
increase the number of target subscribers and interactions on pages on social networks.
List of works and results:
1. We developed a content strategy and visual concept for the page. We proposed a recognizable style for the company's social networks, which significantly improved the quality of the content.

2. Publications were promoted to a wide target audience with the goal of Interaction (the cost was $0.001-0.06).

The number of followers on the Instagram page almost doubled: from 574 to 1,098
The average reach of a page on Instagram is up to 200,000 per month.
