Client: Ukrainian company Scalla Naturale, which imports marble, granite, travertine and other types of natural stone for interior design.

Problems:

- narrow and specific niche in which the brand needs to be profitably presented;
- the page needs to be developed from scratch;
- there is no brand recognition at all.

to create a business page for the brand that would stand out from competitors' pages in the field of natural stone sales with aesthetics and informativeness;
to gather a high-quality and interested audience on the page: designers, stone workers, owners of interior studios, etc.;
to build the correct brand positioning;
ensure brand recognition on social media among the audience.

1. We developed a content strategy with a design concept and ToV, which forms a clear association with exclusive natural materials for design. We analyzed competitors in the niche and took into account our previous experience in promoting such brands. Therefore, we wanted to use premium-style graphics to design this page. The main thing in our case is to demonstrate stone decors in interiors or renders and be sure to show the texture of each surface. In the texts, we use a simple and accessible presentation without complex terminology, but using expert information provided by the client.

2. We tested different content formats to understand which ones arouse the greatest interest in the audience. We paid special attention to the Reels format and photo selections, with which we could maximally convey the beauty and uniqueness of each natural stone decor. As expected, these two formats are most liked by the audience, so we plan to actively use them in the future.

For example, our most popular reel about the brand's travertine decor went viral and has over 270,000 views.

3. We used paid promotion. To promote posts, we first chose the goal «Profile Visits» to increase the number of followers for yet another new page on Instagram. Currently, the page has 3,700 followers. We should also note that the audience actively interacts with our content on the page. After several months of cooperation, we were able to analyze the first results and began to promote posts and increase recognition and interactions.
The average monthly reach is now over 180,000

Conclusions
With the help of a comprehensive promotion strategy, which includes developing a design concept and a brand account in a specific niche from scratch, regular filming and paid promotion, the client's page currently has 3,700 followers, and their number is growing regularly.
Also, thanks to our experience in promoting pages related to construction and interior design, we managed to create an aesthetically pleasing and cozy space on the brand's Instagram page. Thanks to this, the Scalla Naturale audience has the opportunity to fully familiarize themselves with each natural stone decor online.
